Coping Tips To Get Through Valentine’s Day
I have been through four Valentine’s Days since I got divorced. And I’ve been all over the map emotionally: sad. Indifferent. Self-pitying. Grumpy (read this from the archives!). At other times however, I was happy and excited, as I learned to cope with this season of love and romance in new and different ways.
Thus today I’m offering up five practical tips to help you cope with this day. And these aren’t frivolous tips, ie. go to the spa (you’d think it was the cure-all for every ailment for how much it is recommended), rather, they are pointers I personally drew upon as I went through this season on my own.
