Believe it or not, studies have shown that women and men tend to cope differently with the feelings of loss that stem from divorce.  The scary thing , however, is that both may not even be aware of how they’re suppressing their grief; thus, it can linger for years after divorce, possibly even a lifetime – IF they don’t know what to look for.

In the following video, I reveal two of the most common ways WOMEN bury their painful feelings after divorce (next week I’ll cover men).  I encourage you to check in and see if what I say resonates with you.  If what you hear pulls on your stomach, causes tightness in your chest, or gives you the shivers, those are sure signs you still have work to do.  But the good news is:  at least now you know it.
