Your New Guy Behaved Like A Complete Jerk. But How ‘Bout YOU?

Oh, those first relationships we have after divorce can be tricky.  If only they came with the promise of never having to deal with same kinds of the infuriating fights we had while married. You know -  the kind where he has the BALLS  to sum up your points as being ‘over reactive’ and ‘melodramatic’…and then walks out. 

But right now, after first asking you to take a few deep breaths, I’m going to ask you something: do you think it’s possible he’s wondering why YOU acted like such a jerk?  Cause believe it or not, there are big mistakes – aka, “low blows”- that women commonly yet unknowingly make when they fight with their man; it comes right down to a matter of not understanding the differences between the sexes and what makes the other nuts. So today, I’m going to point out seven of the most common ones here for you to consider:

Blow #1: Women complain instead of asking for what they want. Did any of your statements begin with “I don’t like it when…” or “You never…”. Cause that intro immediately gets his walls up. Instead, you should make your man the solution rather than problem by saying something like, “I’d love it if…,” or “Would you please….” (read more here)
